One of the most important things about breakfast is to remember to eat it. A lack of time or a lack of money often times causes individuals to not eat breakfast. Breakfast is the single most important meal of the day. It gives your body the energy it needs to get through the day’s activities. A healthy breakfast is one that avoids sugary or high-carb foods and instead consists of fruit, yogurt, low-fat milk (personally I love chocolate milk), whole wheat bagel or toast.
